In The Girl Who Believes in Miracles, young Sara Hopkins is, unlike most people, willing to take God at His word. So when she hears a preacher say faith can move mountains, she starts praying! What begins with a mysteriously healed bird leads to people suddenly cured of their misery and misfortune all over town. But the overwhelming crush of notoriety and press attention soon takes its toll on Sara. Will her family be able to save their miracle girl before it’s too late?
Ladies, please join us for this event. We are looking for women to connect with youth girls and be a good role model for them.
Fried chicken will be provided. Please bring sides/desserts.

The one question Rebekah Lyons hears from those she meets around the country is, “As I begin to experience freedom, what practical steps can I take each day for sustained emotional, spiritual and relational health?”

Old Testament heroes are best known for their most celebrated moments: Moses dividing the Red Sea; David slaying Goliath; Gideon routing an insurmountable army; Joshua marching around the defiant walls of Jericho. And Elijah—calling down fire on Mount Carmel.
Blinded by the remarkable narratives of our biblical heroes, we can forget they each had a backstory—months and years of development, even difficulty, which fortified their spiritual muscle and prepared them for the tasks that made their lives unforgettable.

We are so excited to be a part of Operation Christmas Child! FBCJ will be collecting your boxes on November 15th - 22nd.
The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world. Through this project, Samaritan’s Purse partners with the local church worldwide to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and make disciples of the nations.
Operation Christmas Child gift-filled shoeboxes go to some of the most difficult to reach places on earth. That includes areas that are hostile to the Gospel, places where whole people groups are yet unreached, and hundreds of remote Pacific islands. Did you know that every box that is packed through Build a Shoebox Online goes to a hard-to-access region? Shoeboxes are used by local churches to share the Good News of Jesus Christ in all kinds of environments, from densely populated inner cities to deserts and jungles—even in places where the Name of Jesus has never been heard.
