After years of exile, the Israelites were tasked with rebuilding the temple and the wall of Jerusalem. By standing on the promise that God was with them, in the face of persecution and trouble, they completed their mission. Today, we as believers are given a mission: To make disciples. And we can bank on the promise that God is with us, always.
