The following is a breakdown of initial and annual costs. Please note that these costs are subject to change annually.

National Annual Membership Fee

This fee is paid directly to Trail Life USA by each individual youth and adult member when they submit their initial membership application to Trail Life USA, and annually thereafter on the anniversary of their membership

  • Youth Member Registration – $29.11
  • Adult Member Registration – $30.33

Yearly Troop Dues

  • Due at Sign Up – $87.50
    • $60 stays with local troop to cover awards, badges, supplies, program materials, equipment, yearly charter fee
    • $10 – Troop t-shirt that must be worn to meetings
    • $17.50 – Trailman Handbook
  • Average cost per month is $9.72
